Since 2006, Noble Veterinary Clinics has provided exceptional routine and emergency veterinary care across Dubai. With three conveniently located branches in Jumeirah, DIP, and JLT, we ensure expert care is always close by.

Dr. Mafalda Sardinha
Veterinary Surgeon | Medical Director at Jumeirah Branch
Originally from Portugal, Dr. Mafalda earned her degrees in Agricultural and Animal Engineering and a Master’s in Veterinary Medicine. She later completed postgraduate studies in Medical Parasitology at the renowned Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in Lisbon. Her academic journey laid the foundation for a diverse career in teaching, research, and high-level clinical care.
She has lectured in veterinary neurology and angiology and is particularly skilled in internal medicine, abdominal ultrasound, and soft tissue surgery. As a former Clinical Director, she led multidisciplinary teams and developed patient-centered protocols that elevated standards of care.
As a Portuguese vet now practicing in Dubai, Dr. Mafalda brings a global perspective to her work while staying rooted in her core values of empathy, excellence, and mentorship. She is especially passionate about guiding young veterinarians and ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Enas Ashry
Veterinary Surgeon & Ophthalmologist
Her journey into veterinary medicine started very early, rooted in a deep love for animals and a natural instinct to care for them. What began as a childhood connection grew into a clear purpose, combining her passion with science and medicine to truly make a difference in the lives of her patients.
Dr. Enas is known for her calm presence and attention to detail, especially when it comes to more complex cases. She approaches every patient with patience and care, while also making sure pet owners feel fully supported. For her, it is not just about treating an animal, it is about guiding the people who love them through every step with clarity and reassurance.
Outside the clinic, she is a dedicated marathon runner and has been an Adidas Ambassador since 2018, working with fitness and lifestyle brands while promoting a strong and balanced way of living.
At home, her world revolves around her own little family. Her 16 year old cat Lucy has been by her side for years, and her two dogs, Titi and Betu, bring constant personality into her life, especially with their funny opinion about men, which they simply do not seem to trust at all.

Dr. Rokas Proscevicius
Veterinary Surgeon
Dr. Rokas’s journey into veterinary medicine began long before his professional training. As a child, he had a Boxer named Tigris who had to be euthanized due to an oncological disease. The experience left a lasting impact on him and his family. In that moment, he made a promise to become a veterinarian and dedicate his life to helping animals while supporting families through some of the most difficult moments of pet ownership. That promise continues to guide his work today.
Originally from Lithuania, Dr. Rokas brings the same integrity, dedication, and hands on excellence to Dubai that marked his career in Europe. His background as a veterinarian trained in the UK gives him a valuable cross cultural perspective, and his approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence based medicine.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Rokas enjoys an active lifestyle. He has been a passionate pool player since 2015 and regularly cycles both outdoors in the desert and in indoor cycling classes. During the cooler months in Dubai, he enjoys spending time by the sea with his wife and their young son.
At home, Dr. Rokas shares his life with a cat named Kupidona, whose name comes from Cupid. She is bravely navigating life with their young son, who shows her what Dr. Rokas jokingly calls a very enthusiastic kind of love.
