Since 2006, Noble Veterinary Clinics has provided exceptional routine and emergency veterinary care across Dubai. With three conveniently located branches in DIP, JLT, and Jumeirah, we ensure expert care is always close by.

Dr. Soheyl Simaei
Head Vet | Veterinary Surgeon | Founder
Dr. Simaei holds certifications in Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Endocrinology, and Small Animal Dentistry. He is known for tackling complex cases with precision, combining deep clinical insight with a calm, empathetic approach that pet owners trust. As a certified FNAR radiation officer, he also upholds the highest safety standards in diagnostic imaging and treatment protocols.
What truly sets Dr. Simaei apart is his commitment to lifelong learning and his heartfelt connection with animals. He thrives on solving difficult cases and is especially passionate about patient education and empowering pet parents to be active participants in their animal’s health journey.
As an Iranian vet practicing in the UAE, Dr. Simaei brings a global perspective to his work while maintaining strong community values. His reputation for excellence is built on trust, communication, and a relentless drive to improve outcomes for every patient he treats.

Veterinary Surgeon
Dr. Leticia’s path into veterinary medicine was shaped by a deep love for animals and a strong desire to help them. This motivation continues to guide her work today and remains at the heart of her approach to patient care.
With international clinical experience, Dr. Leticia has a particular interest in internal medicine and pathology, and enjoys the analytical process of working through complex medical problems and uncovering their underlying causes. Her methodical and thoughtful approach ensures that each patient receives care that is precise and tailored to their unique health profile.
Beyond her clinical work, she is committed to pet owner education and believes that clear communication and accurate information are essential for building long term trust with families.
At home, Dr. Leticia shares her life with two very different personalities. Mia, her Siamese mix cat, dislikes fish and behaves more like a lap dog, while Yuki, a Shiba Inu, loves fish and behaves very much like a cat.

Dr. Nenad Misura
Veterinary Surgeon
Dr. Nenad’s path into veterinary medicine began very early in life. From childhood, he was naturally drawn to animals of all kinds and fascinated by their behavior and intelligence. That early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion and ultimately led him to pursue veterinary medicine as a career.
Initially trained in Serbia, Dr. Nenad developed a strong academic foundation in veterinary science, earning his first degree from the University of Belgrade in 1994. He later continued his studies in South Africa, where he was awarded a second degree, BVSc, from the University of Pretoria in 2005. Over the years, he has expanded his practice across Europe and the Middle East, bringing a global perspective to his work.
Dr. Nenad has a strong interest in clinical diagnostics and internal medicine, particularly the process of investigating complex cases and uncovering the underlying causes of disease. He enjoys working through the progression of medical conditions and guiding patients toward the best possible outcomes. His work is grounded in a holistic and patient first approach.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nenad has a wide range of interests. He is a certified scuba diver with several international diving certifications and also enjoys playing the guitar, drawing and sketching. He has been a member of the National Geographic Society since 1998 and has a lifelong passion for natural history.

Orthopedic Veterinary Surgeon
Specializing in procedures such as fracture repair, joint stabilization, and ligament reconstruction, Dr. Singh is also proficient in the Arthrex TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) system, a gold standard technique for treating cranial cruciate ligament injuries in dogs. Dr. Paulina's inspiration to become a veterinarian has always been the animals themselves. She finds it difficult to witness animal suffering and, while she knows she cannot change every life, she is committed to improving wellbeing through dedicated veterinary care. Her nearly 30 year commitment to a vegetarian lifestyle reflects that same personal philosophy.
Dr. Paulina began her veterinary studies in Poland, where she built a strong academic foundation and developed an early passion for global animal welfare. Her experience extends well beyond the clinic walls. She has volunteered in animal care missions across Thailand, Peru, and Ukraine, offering her skills to underserved communities and deepening her understanding of veterinary needs across diverse environments.
Now practicing in Dubai, this accomplished veterinarian brings warmth, precision, and a heartfelt sense of purpose to every case. Known for her thoroughness and gentle communication style, Dr. Paulina takes the time to ensure pet parents feel informed and supported, no matter how routine or complex the situation.
Outside of work, traveling has long been one of Dr. Paulina’s greatest passions. She enjoys discovering different cultures, learning their histories, and exploring the biological ecosystems of each country she visits. Travel connects naturally with her love for photography, particularly street and wildlife photography.

Dr. Mahday Ghanaat Pisheh
Internal Medicine & Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
Dr. Day’s passion for veterinary medicine began in childhood, shaped by a deep curiosity about animal behavior, health, and the unique ways animals communicate with people. Having previously shared his life with both dogs and cats, he understands firsthand the deep bond between animals and their families.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Day has managed over 18,000 internal medicine cases and interpreted more than 10,000 advanced imaging studies, including radiography, ultrasound, CT, and MRI. His expertise is uniquely broad, extending from companion animals to the specialized imaging of wildlife species. This vast experience allows him to recognize subtle disease patterns and provide the rigorous, evidence based diagnoses that our patients and referring veterinarians trust.
Dr. Day believes that technical accuracy must be paired with deep compassion. Known for his calm presence and gentle handling, he is dedicated to reducing fear and anxiety in his patients while providing clear, empathetic communication to their families. His holistic approach also reflects his strong interest in music, where he both listens to and composes his own pieces, exploring the calming influence music can have on animals.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Day enjoys reading, swimming, and playing table tennis, activities that help him maintain balance.

Veterinary Surgeon
Her path into veterinary medicine began at home. Growing up, her father would take her to pet shops, where she developed a genuine curiosity about animals and their wellbeing. When the family cat came home injured and needed care, that moment stayed with her and confirmed the life direction she wanted to take.
Dr. Flora believes that caring for pets also means supporting the people who love them. She places great importance on client education and takes the time to ensure that pet owners feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their pet’s health and treatment. She is known for being calm, patient and thorough, whether it is a routine visit or a more complex case.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys cycling along the beach, swimming and spending time with her family. Her 7 year old cat Didi lives with her family in Jordan and holds a special place in her son's heart.
