Dr. Ines Gomes
Veterinary Surgeon & Clinical Director of Sports City Branch
For Dr. Inês, becoming a veterinarian was never really a question. It was always part of her story. Growing up in Lisbon, she was inspired by her uncle, a well known veterinarian whose dedication to animals left a lasting impression and helped shape the path she would eventually follow. At 16, she fulfilled a lifelong dream and welcomed her first dog, Lua. That experience deepened her understanding of the bond between pets and their families, a connection that continues to guide the way she cares for every patient today.
After spending four formative years working in Lisbon, Dr. Inês honed her skills in general practice and surgical care, gaining hands on experience across a broad spectrum of cases. Her journey as a veterinarian has profoundly shaped her professional philosophy, placing equal emphasis on medical precision and the human animal bond.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Inês has always loved sports. She began playing tennis at the age of six and later discovered padel after moving to Dubai, which quickly became one of her favorite ways to stay active.

Her approach is grounded in clear communication and building trust with pet owners.
Having deep roots in the local veterinary community, Dr. Aya values long-term relationships with pet families. She believes in empowering owners through education, honest advice, and ongoing support, helping pets thrive throughout their lives.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Aya enjoys exploring creative outlets like photography and cooking, as well as spending time outdoors. Her curiosity and attention to detail enrich both her professional work and personal passions.
